Return Policy

Here we describe how returns work at BarkBuddies and what applies when you want to send an item back.

1. Return period

You normally have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you, or someone acting on your behalf, received the item. Please notify us within this period if you wish to make a return.

2. Condition of the item

For a return to be approved, the item must be in substantially unchanged condition.

The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened packages of dog treats or natural chews cannot be returned.
Specially packaged goods or loose-weight products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken.

3. Return shipping

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return has been processed.

4. Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
