Our products & ingredients
Where do your chew bones come from?
Our chew bones come from Swedish and Nordic farms. We carefully select our suppliers to ensure the animals have been raised with good welfare and that the raw materials are clean and natural.
Are your products free from additives?
Yes! We only sell natural products without unnecessary additives, colourings or artificial preservatives. The ingredient list should be short and easy to understand.
Are the products suitable for all dogs?
Most of our products are suitable for adult dogs, but there are products specially adapted for puppies or senior dogs. Check the product description for age recommendations. If your dog has special dietary needs or allergies, we recommend consulting your vet before trying new treats.
Delivery & shipping
How quickly do you ship?
Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Delivery normally takes 5-8 business days with DHL.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €100. For smaller orders the shipping fee starts from €10.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you received your order. The item must be in its original, unopened condition. For health and hygiene reasons, opened packages of dog treats or natural chews cannot be returned. Read our full return policy here.
My order was wrong or damaged – what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form and include a photo if possible. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
